Nonprofit Leadership
Raymond is the Founder and former Chairman of Renew Healing Inc., a 501(c)(3) organization. Leveraging his experience from his service in the U.S. Navy and beyond, he crafted the organization’s mission and vision, established a robust board of directors, and authored all critical operational documents.
Military Service
Raymond served honorably in the U.S. Navy for six years, achieving the distinguished role of Sergeant of the Guard in the Personnel Reliability Program (PRP) Armed Security Force Afloat. The PRP, a U.S. Department of Defense psychological evaluation program, ensures only the most trustworthy individuals have access to sensitive materials, including nuclear, chemical, and biological weapons. During his service, Raymond earned the following awards and certifications:

- Following his military service, Raymond founded and operated DS1 Engineering, Inc., a successful IT company based in New York that operated for 18 years, delivering installations across four states. Concurrently, he established and managed Sunspot Pool & Spa Company in New York. Raymond was an active member of the Rotary Club, St. John the Baptist Church, and the Holy Name Society.
Personal Interests
Raymond is an accomplished guitarist and bassist, as well as a technical scuba diver specializing in mixed-gas techniques for deep wreck exploration.
